Shipping & Tracking

How do I cancel or change an order?

We strive to ship out orders in a timely manner, so the ability to change or modify an order is not always available.  If you have changes or would like to cancel your order, please contact waterfrontclubteam@gmail.com as soon as possible – if it is before your order has shipped we will accommodate your request.

How do I change a shipping address?

We strive to ship out orders in a timely manner, so the ability to change your shipping address not always available.  If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact waterfrontclubteam@gmail.com as soon as possible – if it is before your order has shipped we will accommodate your request.  If it’s after your order has shipped, we will see if the shipper (UPS, FedEx, USPS) can change it directly and keep you informed.

Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?

At this time, Waterfront Club can only process an order with one shipping address.  If you need to send items to multiple addresses, you will need to simply create a separate order for each address.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.  You may also check the status of your order at any time by signing into your account.

Do you ship internationally? 

Unfortunately, Waterfront Club does not ship internationally (including Canada) at the moment, but we will certainly do so in the future.  Subscribe to our email list at the bottom of this page to be informed when we start to ship all over the world!

Do you have a sizing guide?

We sure do!  Currently, all of our products are unisex – check here for the sizing guide on everything.

Do you work with retailers & wholesalers?

Thank you for your interest in working with Waterfront Club!  Shoot an email to drew@waterfrontclubcollection.com with your company information and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

I forgot to apply a discount, am I out of luck?

Don’t worry – we’re here to help!  Our team is able to apply the discount code retroactively for you.  Please email us at waterfrontclubteam@gmail.com with your order number and discount code.  You will be refunded for that discount amount in 5-7 business days after we respond.
